We are happy to accept the return of full price and sale items from our online store (some exclusions apply*) within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging, including any labels which must remain attached. Returns must be authorised by MODERN AND PRESENT in advance via email, please contact hello@modernandpresent.com.
Please note that the terms and conditions of the returns requirements are a clear part of our returns policy and we will not accept any returns that are returned in any other condition. We will then either exchange it or offer you a refund, whichever you prefer.
MODERN AND PRESENT are not responsible for the return postage. We recommend that you use a trackable service. Depending on the cost of the return, please insure in the event of damage. This will enable you to submit a claim.
Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive your returned parcel. We will not process any refund or exchange on any product that fails to reach us.
If an item has been sent to you in error or is faulty, we will arrange the return.
International returns are subject to import and duty fees to the UK. A refund will be initiated, minus these fees.
*Please note we do not accept returns on cosmetic products or earrings. This is our company policy for hygiene and safety reasons.
Our policy, has a period of 30 days for faulty goods. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, it is unfortunate that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange for faulty goods.

Due to the custom nature of these products, each individual piece is crafted in the finish, size, or colour specified at the point of order. Therefore these items cannot be refunded.
Once we receIve your order, our sales support team will contact you to ensure all product details are accurate. Upon delivery, all made-to-order items cannot be returned unless we have failed to supply the agreed item specifications detailed in the order confirmation.
